Returns & Exchanges

At The LoudCup Company, we stand behind our products and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your gear doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization slip to include inside your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place the unused LoudCup in its original packaging, secure the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our warehouse inspects the return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new gear within 5-7 business days.
